From Search to Data Collection to Publication: How to Conduct Clinical Studies for Ceramic Implants in the AI Generation
Elevate your scientific impact: Combine the ICBI Scientific Methodology Workshop (Oct 21–22) with the Global Congress (Oct 23–24) for a complete journey from clinical observation to publication-ready evidence.
Why this workshop?
If ceramic implantology is to be established as a credible field within the scientific ecosystem, it must be built on reliable evidence. AI can help generate this evidence more efficiently, but only if we apply strict criteria and provide clinicians with clear, practical instruments to work safely (source verification, claim boundaries, transparent documentation). As a scientific organization, ICBI translates these requirements into a usable workflow: participants learn how to work faster with AI support without falling into the typical traps (hallucinated sources, overconfident wording, unverified claims).
Participants learn to develop study protocol, capture data and to contribute to the scientific evidence in ceramic implantology.
Target audience
Clinical users in ceramic implantology who aim to develop credible scientific communications (posters, lectures, or manuscript drafts) using evidence-based methodologies.
Learning objectives
Participants will be able to:
- formulate targeted research questions through converting clinical observations into structured PICO (Population, Intervention, Comparison, Outcome) queries suitable for database searching
- verify sources quickly to avoid hallucinations and fake references
- extract 5–8 key sources into a mini evidence table and produce cautious, source-linked statements
- collect data for further research in the field of ceramic implantology based on the PICO question
- standardize case documentation and data collection for a 10-minute storyboard, and possible future manuscript draft.
Module 1: Evidence Sprint
Goal: Turn one clinical question into a mini evidence dossier.
Module 2: Case-to-Poster & Case-to-Presentation
Goal: Convert cases + evidence statements into a poster draft and 10-minute talk storyboard.

Then join the Congress to witness the landmark 2025 Consensus findings on ceramic implants and connect with the global scientific community—all at The Circle, Zurich Airport, with seamless accommodation at the adjacent Hyatt Regency.
