This two-day, hands-on workshop, taking place October 21-22 2026, offers participants the unique opportunity to create their own high-quality, professional AI avatar in a real studio environment.
The workshop takes place at the AVA Studios, located in the former Swiss International Air Lines headquarters, directly adjacent to The Circle and just a 10-minute walk from the congress center. The setting combines state-of-the-art production facilities with an ideal proximity to the ICBI Global Congress.
The entire experience is designed as a structured, seamless production flow, comparable to a professional production line — all taking place within one studio location, in separate but closely connected spaces. Participants move step by step through the process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a smooth experience.
All video and audio recordings are conducted individually and in complete privacy. Each participant is recorded one-on-one, without an audience, in a calm and professional atmosphere. This applies to both the green screen video recordings as well as the voice recordings in the sound studio, ensuring maximum comfort, focus, and authenticity in front of the camera and microphone.
Participants will be recorded in a fully professional green screen studio, capturing a wide range of content: multiple camera angles and perspectives, varied facial expressions, emotions, and natural hand movements. This ensures a versatile and realistic digital representation suitable for marketing, patient communication, and social media use.
Afterwards, voice recordings will take place in a dedicated sound studio, captured in two different languages to allow for multilingual communication and maximum flexibility in future applications.
Following the recording sessions, participants work directly with top AI and media experts in a workshop space within the same building, located next to the studio areas. Step by step, they learn how to transform their recordings into a polished personal AI avatar using leading platforms such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, and related tools. The focus is on practical application, quality, and real-world usability—enabling participants to communicate, create content, and stay visible without being personally present every time.
